By using this website or purchasing services from Click Syndicate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Click Syndicate provides digital marketing services, including website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation and related consulting. The scope, deliverables and price of each engagement are described in a written quote you accept before work begins.

Fees and payment

Services are billed either as a recurring monthly plan or as a one-time project fee, as stated in your quote. Payments are made by card and processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). By paying, you authorize us to charge your card for the agreed amounts, including recurring charges for monthly plans until cancelled.

Click Syndicate does not store full card numbers; card details are handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and materials we need, and content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the legality of your business and of the content you supply.

Ownership

Once paid for, the website files, content and accounts created for you belong to you. We may reuse general know-how, tools and techniques that are not specific to your business.

No guaranteed results

Where you rank, how many visitors arrive and how many inquiries come in depend on factors outside our control, such as search engine changes and competition. We commit to completing the services described in your quote with care, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Syndicate will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
